Small Mistakes ! ! ! ! ! Big Results ! ! ! ! !

Some times we commit some blunders that affects the remaining part of our life. It is not that we did not know bout it, it is just that our mind and heart thinks in different ways always, whatever our mind says would be just practical and whatever our heart says would just be in the path of love, affection or humanity or related to soft qualities in us. Its very rare that both mind and heart takes the same decision on any issue for that matter.. In such situations we commit some blunders that eventually effects our private life and also reflects negatively in some people related to us also.

We just have to treat such situations or such decisions as a lesson for our life!!!!!

Anyways we cannot go back change anything.... Forget the past... if anybody is hurt by you, just apologize them and move on to the future...

A Learning Life

Life is full of learning at all stages of life. Life teaches us new lessons at each and every moment in our life. We must admit that life creates circumstances that we may have to learn small small things as lessons from the people around us. It is fortunate that we learn from the people we know rather than learning from unknown people. When learning any aspect from anybody we cant consider the age of the preachers, because learning or preaching (I would rather call it as sharing of knowledge) does not depend on age or sex of the individual. If we ever consider age and sex of the individual, we cant learn anything from anybody. I must admit god is giving me an opportunity to learn from the people who are related to me itself...

I must really thank my parents who brought me to this world and god for making life full of learning at every moment....

An Unknown Power Awakened me . . .

A religious experience is most commonly known as an occurrence that is uncommon in the sense that it doesn’t fit in with the norm of everyday activities and life experiences, and its connection is with the individual’s perception of the divine. Studying religious experience objectively is a difficult task, as it is entirely a subjective phenomenon. However, commonalities and differences between religious experiences have enabled scholars to categorize them for academic study.

Many religious and mystical traditions see religious experiences as real encounters with God or gods, or real contact with other realities, while some hold that religious experience is an evolved feature of the human brain amenable to normal scientific study.

A spiritual awakening is a phenomenon which changes the lifestyle of an individual within the matter of minutes. An individual with a particular life style can be seen in complete opposite life style the next day, this is the result of Spiritual Awakening. (Guys!!! I am talking about only about the positive change)

Like any other individual, even myself had undergone this phenomenon, about 7 years ago.... Only one devotional musical concert changed my lifestyle from the very next moment itself. That is the power of Spiritual Awakening. I beleive every individual would undergo such a phenomenon in his/her own life style....

Music Therapy

Music therapy is an allied health profession and one of the expressive therapies, consisting of an interpersonal process in which a trained music therapist uses music and all of its facets—physical, emotional, mental, social, aesthetic, and spiritual—to help clients to improve or maintain their health. Music therapists primarily help clients improve their health across various domains (e.g., cognitive functioning, motor skills, emotional and affective development, behavior and social skills, and quality of life) by using music experiences (e.g., singing, songwriting, listening to and discussing music, moving to music) to achieve treatment goals and objectives. It is considered both an art and a science, with a qualitative and quantitative research literature base incorporating areas such as clinical therapy, bio musicology, musical acoustics, music theory, psycho acoustics, embodied music cognition, aesthetics of music, and comparative musicology. Referrals to music therapy services may be made by other health care professionals such as physicians, psychologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. Clients can also choose to pursue music therapy services without a referral (i.e., self-referral).

Music therapists are found in nearly every area of the helping professions. Some commonly found practices include developmental work (communication, motor skills, etc.) with individuals with special needs, songwriting and listening in reminiscence/orientation work with the elderly, processing and relaxation work, and rhythmic entrainment for physical rehabilitation in stroke victims

Music therapy for children
Two common approaches are used when conducting music therapy with children: either as a one-on-one session or in a group setting. When a therapist meets with a child for the first time, customarily the therapist and child develop goals to be met during the duration of their sessions. Music therapy can help children with communication, attention, motivation, and behavioral problems. Therapy rooms should have a wide range of different instruments from different places. They should also be colorful, and have different textures. The therapist should either play a piano or guitar to keep everything grounded and in rhythm. The most important thing, though, is to have high quality and well-maintained instruments. As some children will be able to handle an instrument while others cannot, the child should be given an instrument adapted to them. All these elements help the experience and outcome of the music therapy go better and have more successes for the child. In fact according to Daniel Levitin, it started inside the womb, surrounded by amniotic fluid, the fetus hears sounds. It hears the mother’s heartbeat, at times speed up, at other times slow down, not only that but other music, conversations, and environmental noises. Alexandra Lamont of Keele University in the UK discovered the fetus hears music. She found that, a year after they are born, children recognize and prefer music they were exposed to in the womb. The auditory system of the fetus is fully functional about twenty weeks after conception.

Indian classical 'Ragas' have been claimed by Vedic science to have healing effects.[citation needed] Ragas work in music therapy because certain "sound waves, depending on the way they are listened to or pronounced, are identified for having an impact in the way the neurological (brain and nerve) system work in the human body."

Music - My Life Partner

Music is an art form whose medium is sound and silence. Common elements of music are pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics, and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture. The word derives from Greek (mousike; "art of the Muses"

The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of music vary according to culture and social context. Music ranges from strictly organized compositions (and their recreation in performance), through improvisational music to aleatoric forms. Music can be divided into genres and subgenres, although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to individual interpretation, and occasionally controversial. Within "the arts", music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art, and auditory art. There is also a strong connection between music and mathematics.

To many people in many cultures, music is an important part of their way of life. Ancient Greek and Indian philosophers defined music as tones ordered horizontally as melodies and vertically as harmonies. Common sayings such as "the harmony of the spheres" and "it is music to my ears" point to the notion that music is often ordered and pleasant to listen to. However, 20th-century composer John Cage thought that any sound can be music, saying, for example, "There is no noise, only sound." Musicologist Jean-Jacques Nattiez summarizes the relativist, post-modern viewpoint: "The border between music and noise is always culturally defined which implies that, even within a single society, this border does not always pass through the same place; in short, there is rarely a consensus ... By all accounts there is no single and intercultural universal concept defining what music might be."

The Romanticism in Music :-
In 1800, the Romantic era (1800–1890s) in music developed, with Ludwig van Beethoven and Franz Schubert as transitional composers who introduced a more dramatic, expressive style.

During this era, existing genres, forms, and functions of music were developed, and the emotional and expressive qualities of music came to take precedence over technique and tradition. In Beethoven's case, motifs (developed organically) came to replace melody as the most significant compositional unit. The late 19th century saw a dramatic expansion in the size of the orchestra, and in the role of concerts as part of urban society. Later Romantic composers such as Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Gustav Mahler created complex and often much longer musical works. They used more complex chords and used more dissonance to create dramatic tension.

Asian Music :-
Indian classical music is one of the oldest musical traditions in the world. The Indus Valley civilization has sculptures that show dance and old musical instruments, like the seven holed
flute. Various types of stringed instruments and drums have been recovered from Harrappa and Mohenjo Daro by excavations carried out by Sir Mortimer Wheeler. The Rigveda has elements of present Indian music, with a musical notation to denote the metre and the mode of chanting. Indian classical music (marga) is monophonic, and based on a single melody line or raga rhythmically organized through talas. Hindustani music was influenced by the Persian performance practices of the Afghan Mughals. Carnatic music popular in the southern states, is largely devotional; the majority of the songs are addressed to the Hindu deities. There are a lot of songs emphasising love and other social issues.

Asian music covers the music cultures of Arabia, Central Asia, East Asia, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Chinese classical music, the traditional art or court music of China, has a history stretching over around three thousand years. It has its own unique systems of musical notation, as well as musical tuning and pitch, musical instruments and styles or musical genres. Chinese music is pentatonic-diatonic, having a scale of twelve notes to an octave (5 + 7 = 12) as does European-influenced music. Persian music is the music of Persia and Persian language countries: musiqi, the science and art of music, and muzik, the sound and performance of music (Sakata 1983). Doddamma - Second Mother of my Life

It was the shockest moment in my life. It was 16th November 2011, just reached home in the morning after finishing my night shift at my work place.... Nobody was at home.... except for my sister.... My sixth sense worked.... Guessed I need to hear something bad of my life... It was true....

It was unbelievable.... Nobody from my family expected it..... We all were in a state of a shock!!!!!
We had already lost our dearest and nearest to our mind, soul and heart.... It was Kusuma Doddamma.... She left us with all the memories we could cherish in her name....

Everybody can experience their sixth sense working in their own life, but scenarios would be different certainly.... I had my Office Cab late in the previous night.... My eye lid were flickering like anything... and due to that I had severe eye pain in the morning...

You can shed tears that she is gone,
or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all she's left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see her,
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember her only that she is gone,
or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back.
Or you can do what she'd want:
smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

May your soul rest in peace Doddamma......... We all Miss you......

Essence of Life

Life teaches new lesson throughout our life on each and every second that we live. Unfortunately only those who understand it will succeed in life, others those who bunk those teachings or preachings (whatever you may call), will never succeed.

It is the attitude which makes the difference on how life gives us new lessons, if we see our life on psoitive attitude that anything and everything happens is for our learning, anything happens whether good or bad will never ever effect our inner feelings, because we would have been prepared for it. But if we see every moment in our life in negative manner, nothing would be positive. Even the purest water would seem to be posion to us.
